INTRODUCING THE STARTUPS SELECTED FOR GO KOBE – THE NEXT KITCHEN 2026
We received applications from innovative foodtech startups across multiple regions, each bringing strong ambition and practical solutions to address challenges in the global food system. After a careful review and selection process, we are pleased to announce that 10 startups have been selected as official participants of GO KOBE – The Next Kitchen 2026.
These startups will take part in an in-country program in Kobe, Japan, where they will engage directly with Japanese corporate partners, ecosystem stakeholders, and industry experts.

Participants will join Demo Day on 4th February 2026 @ Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan in a series of on-site activities:
Startup pitches & networking sessions
Business matching meetings with Japanese companies
Mentoring and feedback sessions with industry experts
During the program, startups will have the opportunity to present their business models to corporate partners, investors, and media, while exploring concrete collaboration opportunities within Japan’s food and foodtech ecosystem.
