The company aims to help create a more sustainable and resilient food ecosystem for the future.

As part of Next Kitchen 2026, Osaka Gas is looking to collaborate with overseas food-tech startups in the following areas:
🍽️ Food Waste Reduction including wastewater and residue treatment in food factories (especially oil and fat degradation), biogas generation systems using food residues from food factories and restaurants capable of handling small-scale processing, and technologies for maintaining food quality.
🧫 Novel Food Processing including sensor and data analysis technologies that enhance productivity and quality in food manufacturing processes, sensor, and data analysis technologies for R&D in the food industry, and odor sensing technologies for purposes such as R&D.
🤖 Automation & Labor-saving Technologies including automatic cooking and control technology such as cooking robots and other automated systems.
📦 Innovative Food Packaging including technologies for maintaining food quality and biodegradable packaging materials.
